The lifeboat

I read a story about how people behaved themselves during battleship's wreck. All people jumped to one lifeboat and other two boats were intact. One boat, crowded with people, suddenly turned over, so crew has had to be in cold water for severals hours. I think that the main idea of this story is that people don't know how to behave in dangerous situations, such as wreck, and it can bring to disaster.
